Congratulations to Shaun Jones on winning the 2025 Northcliffe Golfing Society’s Order of Merit.

Following a packed calendar of events and some narrowly fought battles on the course, dmg media’s Head of Circulation (pictured left) clinched the coveted top honour.

Shaun said: “I’m thrilled to have picked up this year’s Order of Merit—my very first golfing honour!

“As a social golfer, I finally took the plunge and joined the Northcliffe Golf Society a couple of years ago, and it has turned out to be a fantastic decision.”

The Order of Merit is calculated on the best three individual Stableford scores from four NGS events.

Second place went to Landmark’s Stephen Stout, while Barry Theobald (pictured) and Keith Cottingham were neck and neck in third place.

Shaun was presented with a bottle of Champagne at the Chairman’s Christmas fixture at The Berkshire on 9th December.
